We're hiring dependable General Laborers to support our field crews on site development and earthmoving projects — the hands-on work that keeps every job moving.
What You'll Do
- Support field crews across a range of site work, including land clearing, grading, and underground utility installation.
- Dig, backfill, and grade by hand where equipment can't reach; move and stage materials, pipe, and tools.
- Install and maintain erosion-control measures such as silt fence and inlet protection.
- Assist pipe crews and equipment operators as ground help and a spotter, keeping a safe distance from equipment.
- Help set up, maintain, and clean the job site, including staging areas and traffic control.
- Wear all required PPE, follow site safety procedures, and take part in daily toolbox talks.
- Report unsafe conditions, near-misses, and injuries to your supervisor right away — every employee has stop-work authority.
What We're Looking For
- No previous construction experience required — we'll train the right person; prior site or labor experience is a plus.
- Reliable and hard-working, with the ability to show up on time and ready to work.
- Able to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and follow direction from foremen and supervisors.
- Valid driver's license helpful; able to pass pre-employment screening.
